Conclusion: In this report the focus was on international human resource management on expatriates in the global context. Various functions such as recruitment, training, assessment and evaluation help expatriates define success and measure it. Different aspects of failure and recommendations that could help retain expatriates within an organization are further outlined by focusing on training modes, different training styles expected for expatriate effectiveness. A series of approaches with new innovative techniques for staffing, understanding and recognizing the relationship would develop the overall efficiency of expatriates in the workplace.
