Introduction The code of ethics is a significant component in the modern business environment and in all professions in general. A code of ethics is intended to bring sobriety and instill integrity in professions. While there are professional-level codes of ethics, the values ​​that truly shape an individual's character emerge from an individual's core values, morals, and beliefs. In this regard, it can be argued that personal ethics shapes both an individual's personal and professional life to a large extent (Paliwal, 2006). This article discusses my personal code of ethics and also takes an analytical look at my profession's code of ethics. Personal Code of Ethics Core Values ​​Family - I believe family is of great importance in my life. More specifically, it is through family that I receive the strength to pursue both my individual and professional ambitions. For me, life is not complete without family. Maintain a healthy work-life balance - Although my career is of great importance to me in achieving goals and ambitions in life, I am convinced that a healthy and sensible work-life balance should be maintained so that I have time free for my family, friends and also a time to relax and meditate. Trust and Honesty: Trust and honesty are important values ​​in life. I believe that trust cannot be gained without honesty and therefore those who want my trust must earn it through honesty. Reliability: I would like to be a reliable and trustworthy person for my family, friends and colleagues in the profession. Career- My career is very important to me.
