Physical appearance not only shows how individuals look, but also contributes to a person's habits and ability to take care of themselves. First impressions are one of the biggest inputs that employers look at. “Beauty is beautiful” is a modern stereotype that people contribute to. According to this stereotype, people are treated more positively when they appear more attractive (Ritu). When it comes to work, people who are more physically attractive may have a better chance of making a good first impression. These positive impressions come from facial values. It is said that there are two counterparts of the human face; the positive value and the negative value (McDaniel). First of all it is said that “the positive nominal value comes into action when the person must appear beautiful and nice, on the other hand, the negative nominal value is when the person must be free” (McDaniel). Knowing when to use facial values ​​will have a huge impact on the impressions observers get during the first impression. Same goes for hiring, offices with employers who have a physical appearance better they would seem more welcoming. First impressions give the observer a psychological effect called the halo effect... in the center of the card... the individual can be characterized differently, and it is the truth that beauty is what people desire. it is better to control and improve physical appearance for the benefits it brings in this society.
