Plagiarism also has negative effects on art. It could be caused by lack of understanding of its essence. We know for sure that art also has to do with creativity. When a person plagiarizes, he will never encounter the creativity that he can achieve through art because the idea is not his, but comes from another author's idea. A writer must be sensitive in correct citation in order to give credentials and recognition to the author of the source of the idea. It's a big flaw in art because it violates the meaning of being smart and brilliant in any art form. Plagiarizing means being unbelievable in whatever claims a writer makes in their work. It simply shows that everything he says in his work is dishonest and unreliable. It is a significant thing for everyone not to consider plagiarism for everyone who encourages the importance of creativity of a work especially in documents and also in taking care of the essence of creative ideas that maintain the legitimacy of our culture. There are several reasons why people, especially authors and society authority, discourage plagiarism. First, it diminishes the motivation and potential to produce original works due to the theft of wealth and intellectual property. Most people have good writing skills and potential and various important and substantial ideas to contribute, but all of these are just illusory and all the time and effort made will simply be wasted if they just present someone's work and proclaim it as his. Second, some plagiarism occurs due to incorrect citations and acknowledgments by the authors of your references and reduces credibility. Some sources provide incorrect information and therefore, without acknowledging the author, the incorrect ideas will be limited to...... half of the article...... Works Cited Carson, S.
