I don't have enough time in a day to do everything I need to do on a daily basis. Since I have so much to do, I tend to sleep late and wake up early, skip lunch, and completely miss dinner. Eating all 3 meals will fuel your body so well leaving it with more energy. With more energy, I think I would be able to accomplish more things in a day more effectively. Ultimately, by dedicating a little extra time to healthy eating, I might actually gain more minutes in your day. As a mother, wife and student it represents a bigger challenge than most face and that is eating. With a ridiculously busy schedule, it's nearly impossible for anyone to stick to their diet at 100%.
