The international exchange of worldviews, products, ideas and other aspects of culture generates further interdependence of economic and cultural activities. “Globalization is making people less ethnocentric” (Machida). By globalizing some parts of cultures, people become increasingly accustomed to being exposed to other cultures. Being ethnocentric is a big problem first and foremost because it allows people to approach other cultures in a negative way. If globalizing cultures and making people more aware of why they do certain things could bring understanding to many
