EFFECTIVENESS OF TRAINING IN CRICKET Cricket is a power and endurance sport played for many hours at a time, often on consecutive days in the longest version. Gone are the days when playing a lot of cricket was assumed to make players more powerful or less prone to injuries. The lack of adequate physical fitness makes it increasingly difficult for young cricketers to develop the all-round athletic skills needed to succeed. The reasons can be many and range from climatic conditions to the availability of fitness centers or the lack of indoor facilities or the individual player's choice to skip such sessions. Follow the "Precision Nutrition System", especially when it comes to immediately getting the right amount of good carbohydrates from beans, rice, potatoes, fruits and vegetables after training to aid recovery, along with regular protein intake to repair muscle and tissue damage.
